Proyecto de arte acción de colaboración internacional en espacios físicos y virtuales.

Juego - Organika

4 grupos de artistas, de diferentes nacionalidades (Canadá, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile.) sortean a través de los dados una frase de una lista. Éstas comentan acerca del poder y/o la estructura social imperante. A partir de las frases sorteadas cada grupo propone una serie de acciones, pensando en la relación entre la frase y su propia interpretación acerca de la estructura social del sistema actual, tratando de reinterpretarlo con creatividad e imaginación.

Hacer entre todos, una listas de frases que motiven la reflexión en cuanto al tema en cuestión.

Interactividad física y virtual

En lo posible se participará presencialmente en los diferentes lugares en que se realizarán las acciones de arte. La idea es reunir en los festivales de acción de arte a la mayor cantidad de artistas participantes de este proyecto, propiciando el intercambio cultural y reflexivo. Los artistas que no puedan viajar participarán de las acciones a través de las conferencias y el sitio Web por Internet. Esta participación colectiva podrá manifestarse en una variada gama de posibilidades contribuyendo al proyecto por medio de textos, fotos, opinión sonido, web cam etc..

Internet
El proyecto se considera una obra "work in progress" en la cual todo su contenido de creación y de discusión se presentará por medio de un sitio Web que estará disponible al público durante el desarrollo del proyecto.

Este será el elemento unificador, columna vertebral del proyecto, cumpliendo la función de bitácora de viaje y registro de realización.

El soporte de Internet será por el cual transmitiremos en tiempo real las acciones. Todos los artistas participantes del proyecto estaremos conectados sea de manera simultanea o por medio de la información que vaya apareciendo en el sitio web.

Al mismo tiempo serán invitados a participar a través Internet, por medio de Skype o Messenger, a toda persona que se interese en presenciar,  responder o intervenir frente a estas acciones y todo esto será registrado en el sitio web.

Realización - Septiembre, Octubre y Noviembre de 2006.

Generic Project Proposal to be adapted by each multidisciplinary team.

An international collaboration of action art in physical and virtual environments.

Description:

Four groups of artists from different nationalities ( Canada , Uruguay , Argentina , and Chile ) will participate in a simultaneously transmitted event through the internet. Each foreign team randomly chooses a phrase from a list. These phrases talk about political, economic, and religious social structures. The local team of artists, motivated by the phrases they have randomly chosen, suggests a series of actions in accordance with local context and personal cultural beliefs.

Physical and Virtual Interactivity

The aim is to join artists from 4 different countries in a collaborative, physical and virtual environment, to create a cultural exchange. Those artists not able to attend the festivals personally will be part of this project by participating on line through the web site. This collective participatory event will be manifest in various forms of collective collaborations such as text exchange, pictures, sound, web cam, chat, etc.

On-line Process

This experimental initiative is considered a "work-in-progress" methodology - all the creative content and the resulting debate will be registered and displayed on the web site. This web site will be the unifying element -the axis of the project, and it will act as a logbook and the project's archives.

All the actions will be transmitted trough Internet in real time, and all the artists from the foreign teams will be connected either simultaneously or by uploading information.

At the same time, any person interested in watching, answering to or intervening on any of the actions, will be invited to participate through chat rooms of Messenger or Skype. Everything will be recorded in each of the web platforms.

Randomly selected motivation phrases  

All the artists will collaborate in the elaboration of a list of "motivating phrases" with the intention of fostering a public debate or reaction on each topic: e.g.

Phrase 1:

It is necessary to produce to sell to consume to produce to sell to consume.

Phrase 2:

A study revealed that Chilean CEO's are among the highest-paid executives in the world.
